Shipping policy

 Order Processing:

Orders placed before 12:00 CET on business days will be sent out for delivery the same day.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

E.U. Shipping:

All orders are granted free shipping within E.U.

Orders are generally delivered within 3-6 business days by DPD or DHL.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please, refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@amoare.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
